During my recent budget stay, I found the hotel location to be convenient for my visit to nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the 24-hour desk service. Overall, it was good value for money compared to other options available at the time.

After my recent stay in New York, I must say that the hotel's decoration was lovely and made me feel quite comfortable. The general areas were well-kept, and I thoroughly enjoyed the view of the city from one side of the hotel, along with the serene setting of the nearby cemetery. , the hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive, with smooth and easy pathways, making it convenient for us to move around without any trouble.

We did n't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, yet everything was very good. The room was updated and functional, we had a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. The staff was helpful and amicable all the time. The hotel was set in a central area next to a cemetery, Manhattan and the airport.

Premium bedding and air conditioning - The comfortable bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the air conditioning was a blissful respite from the hot New York City days. It was like being wrapped in a cozy cocoon!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Queens. the staff here were absolutely amazing. From Vanessa guiding me back to the hotel when I got lost on the subway, to Rosie's friendly smile and warm greetings, and the shuttle staff who went above and beyond, everyone was so nice and caring. Secondly, the room itself was clean and tidy, with all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The oversized furniture and refreshing spray added a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast included some delicious sausage patties, which were a delightful start to my day.

Additionally, the hotel is situated near a park, providing a nice opportunity for guests to enjoy outdoor activities like running, playing soccer, or working out.

The hallway on the second floor of the hotel can be a bit dirty and in need of better housekeeping.

It was a great way for the kids to burn off some energy and for us parents to keep up with our workout routines. The fitness center was well-equipped and provided a fantastic space for the whole family to stay active during our stay.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding more kid-friendly activities to keep the little ones entertained.

I always return for business. Staff gave best taxi tip. Has Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, flat-screen TV. Perfect for me.
